I had the pleasure of working with Mr Sery on my property sale . from the beginning he was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The property had a very difficult time selling due to a number of issues including covid restrictions and unscrupulous buyers During it all Mr Sery was always available and would contact me on the regular basis to just check in and update me on the home. He went out of his way to meet with me and helped me by providing me with contacts for any surprises that would pop up. As well as helping me in other areas to facilitate the sale. I can't recommend him enough. I have all positives things to say. He was a great negotiator and would warn me when a buyer was acting suspicious. He worked closely with my real estate attorney and found me the best possible deal and for that he has done for me I will be eternally greatfull .

I'll start by saying that Mr. Sery is not only an amazing agent, but an amazing person as well. He is honest, diligent, punctual, knowledgeable, and kind to a fault. My husband and I are first time home buyers and to be honest we were out of our depth when we started our search. It wasn't until we met Mr. Sery that we really got anywhere with our home search. Jean-Michel went above and beyond, taking us to countless showings and open houses. Some we requested last minute and on weekends, but he was always willing to work to get us in to see a house. He offered excellent recommendations for legal counsel, contractors, and inspectors. He was always incredibly well prepared, professional, and was an excellent communicator -- always responded in a timely fashion. He is also very knowledgeable about the area he works in. He gave us tips about local transportation, schools, restaurants etc. Just to give an example of how willing Mr. Sery is to go the extra mile for a client (literally), when our car was in the shop he offered to give us a ride to and from a showing without us even asking, and refused to let us "waste our money" on a cab or ride sharing service because "he was here to help us". Mr. Sery was a strong voice for us in negotiations, and always provided back up where we were lacking in experience or knowledge. He is the reason we have our dream home today, and got it for a great price to boot. You will not find a better agent to entrust with helping you buy or sell your home.

Jean-Michel Sery rendered a professional real estate services to me in assisting to find buyer and helped prepared the home for sale. His assistance includes but not limited to helping point out needed repairs and finding contractors and handyman to do the repairs. He actively represents me when my schedule is in conflict with buyers schedule during the process. A diligent and deliberate man who is very responsive and accessible to us during the process. He is frank when needed but his frankness does not eliminate his professional courtesy. Very respectful.
